18 VIDBE-Q Volume 63 Issue 2 Perhaps her greatest contribution to the field is her tireless work and dedication to pre-service teachers, doctoral students, and young special education faculty members at Florida State University. Dr. Lewis' commitment to her students and the program in which she coordinates is unparalleled. She has inspired and crafted generations of TVIs to provide quality programming for students with visual impairment.
