In her role at FBC she has worn many hats, preschool teacher, itinerant
TSVI providing services across Phoenix, AZ, and a teacher in the Saturday and
summer Sports, Habilitation, Arts, and Recreation Program (SHARP). Her
nominators recognize her kindness, professionalism, and ability to be a fierce
advocate for students with visual impairments. According to Calles, Hall, and
Oliver, "She approaches each day with kindness, enthusiasm, and an unwavering
dedication to her students' success."
