A Wide Variety of Special Education Services are Available in the Region 4
RDSPD
The Region 4 RDSPD supports its teachers of the deaf and program
administrators in earning the DeafBlind Graduate Certificate from Texas Tech
University, a one-year program focused on supporting the needs of students who
are DB. All Region 4 RDSPD teachers of the deaf and teachers of the deafblind
receive annual professional learning on topics related to DeafBlindness. The
