In addition, it provides detailed information about hearing aids and assistive listening technology. Part 3, "developing learning strategies", includes chapters 8, 9, and 10. Chapter 8, by Deborah Chen, "promoting early Communication and Language Development", builds on the groundwork that she laid in Part 1.
