Five member districts act as satellite sites, meaning these districts provides
services to students across all members of the Region 4 RDSPD. These districts are
Aldine, Deer Park, Houston, Klein, and Pasadena ISDs. Ten percent (n = 60) of the
Region 4 RDSPD's students are identified as eligible for special education services
as DB.
