Practicing my Favorite Part of The Program

I gathered my students and paraprofessional to explain to them the situation
and that I would eventually be leaving the classroom. It was a very difficult
decision as I loved this group of students and didn't want to let them down. But at
the same time, I knew that it was the only option that best served everyone. It
would be easier to find a new Multiple Disabilities teacher than a new TSVI. There
truly aren't enough of us! That being said, I did both jobs for two months while
another teacher-to-be finished her student teaching. All the stars were slowly
aligning. She took over my classroom and I became a full TSVI in training. It was
