Happy Spring! The Spring Issue of VIDBE-Q is focused on the
amazing 2019 CEC Convention and EXPO in Indianapolis, Indiana. The
CEC conference marks an annual event where colleagues across the field
of special education can engage in great conversations, attend insightful
presentations and workshops, and celebrate the work of those in the field.
This issue aims to highlight some of many great individuals in the field of
visual impairments and deafblindness from this year's convention.
