Develop and maintain professional learning and practice by actively participating in professional organizations and professional development activities within the field of visual impairments b. Articulate instructional and professional philosophies and ethical practices to address the specific needs of students with visual impairment across settings c. Articulate and advocate for individual needs regarding placement, service delivery models, type and amount of service, and key components of services unique to visual impairment across ages and settings d. Articulate an instructional philosophy that incorporates the expanded core curriculum to respond to the specific implications of visual impairment across settings e.
