With approximately 3 months until this huge change takes place, DVIDB dedicated this edition of VIDBE-Q to information surrounding this topic. It is my hope, as well as the hope of the VIDBE-Q committee, that this edition will provide you with pertinent information on making this change. While change is difficult, by making this transition for our students, we will be taking a step forward. As Socrates stated, "The secret of change is to focus all of your energy, not on fighting the old, but on building the new." 8
