These are: • Training teachers of students with visual impairments (TSVIs) for work in the schools with children who have visual impairments. • Training orientation and mobility (O&M) specialists to work with children and/or adults who have visual impairments. • Training rehabilitation teachers (RTs) to work with adults who have visual impairments. Individuals who are interested in pursuing graduate degrees can choose any one of the combinations of the three components. It is possible to pursue a degree to be licensed to teach students with visual impairments or certified for O&M or RT in any or all of the above concentrations.
