Department of Education, Teleton, and several local businesses. In addition, teachers from the Santa Cruz municipio have initiated their own professional learning community to consider ways to integrate students into the classroom. They seek out special training provided by Honduran and North American specialists. The building for the center was completed and dedicated during our July trip in 2013.
