VIDBE-Q 2026 Volume 71 Issue 2 Agency Public School under Hardin School District, where she supports students with diverse learning needs through individualized, student-centered instruction. Building strong, trusting relationships with students is one of her greatest strengths and the foundation of her teaching practice. Rosel believes that meaningful learning begins with connection, and she intentionally creates a supportive, respectful, and nurturing environment where students feel safe, valued, and empowered to succeed both academically and socially. According to Kallie Black Eagle she is, "more than a teacher- she is an advocate, mentor, and a partner to families."
