VIDBE-Q Volume 67 Issue 4 • SDBPs will be able to build capacity and systems change related to intervener services in each state for children who are deafblind. Overall, SDBPs recognize the progress being made related to intervener services as they continue to strive for the development of educational services that are adequate to the needs of all students who are deafblind, and provide them with access to learning, communication, and overall development.
